•  The comb must be the kind with round tips/ends and loose comb teeth, don't comb in a hard way to prevent the hair loss. (Super Looper)      
• The hair shampoo and hair conditioner must be acidic and also squirt lemon juice on the hair before shampooing the Duo by (BeautiMark) Recommended for shampoo/Conditioner.  
• When washing keep the water too medium cool not too hot.
• Don't expose the hair extension under the sun for long period of time(4-5 hours) Recommended Only.       
• After washing your hair it is not recommended to  blow dry your extensions let your extensions lay out on a towel and air dry.   
• If you’re in a rush you can blow dry them but pay close attention to making sure the hair extensions are away from the blow dryer.    
• Don't scratch or rub the hair extension roots in a hard way.        
• Take the hair extension spray with you: don't comb the hair extension in a hard way especially when it's blown out of place in the wind, if you take the spray with you, it will be much easier to handle your hair, and you can even comb them with your fingers.      
• After you use your extensions make sure to brush them before putting them in your hair extension storage case.

Hair Care for Clip Extensions- Synthetic Hair:

Our custom synthetic clip-in hair extension can be kept in good condition if treated in proper way, the following items need to be paid attention to:     

 

• Shampoo extensions like you would wash your own hair. Use gentle products and avoid cleansing or clarifying shampoos. 
• Use a soft bristle brush and comb tangles from extensions. Hold hair in place with one hand and brush starting from the bottom up. Stroke hair in a downward motion.
• Try to let hair dry naturally. Heat will shorten the lifespan of extensions, which is usually three months. If you must, use a hair dryer on low settings. Style hair carefully when using curling or flattening irons as some synthetic extensions can melt.
• Protect hair when swimming in a pool and wear a cap. Put hair up in a pony tail when exercising to avoid tangling.
• Tie hair up in a scarf when sleeping. Make sure hair is dry before going to bed to avoid tangles.

Hair Care for Glue Extensions:

Our custom glue extensions can be kept in good condition if treated in proper way for 6 weeks, the following items need to be paid attention to:     

• Do not wash your hair for the first 4-5 days after application  or you will cause the extensions to slip out.
• Step 1. Before taking a bath or shower, brush your hair and extensions carefully to untangle completely. (Otherwise, the tangles will damage the extensions). 
• Step 2.  While washing your hair or taking a shower, gently comb through the hair with a hand-comb from the root to tip.
• Step 3.   Apply treatment(conditioner) onto hair; starting 4 inches from the root to the tips and comb through gently. Once the application is complete, let it set for a couple of minutes and wash it off gently. *Do not force the comb through the wet hair or the hair will tear!
• Step 4.  Pour shampoo onto the palm of your hand and produce foam.  Lather the shampoo onto the roots of your hair, while massaging the scalp.
• * It's not necessary to use a special shampoo to care our hair extension products. You can use your usual shampoo, standard or common shampoo. If you would like to find better one than common shampoo, please check our shampoo Gallery & Products.
• For the hair tips and extensions, apply foam lightly with a hand-comb, this should be enough to remove any dirt build up.  *If any hair styling products were used on the hair, gently apply foam on the hair (from root to tip) with a hand-comb and rinse. Please repeat this process a few times if hair spray was used.

* If you like to put your hair up when it is still wet, please be sure to use a hair clip rather than a hair tie or band.
